Our Services

Our services include giving information to consumer, like searching on our website thereabouts of something, and how to get it and it's location. If we have it's answer than we provide it. All the uniqueness will be provided if it has details.

Account

Xillika has three manageable accounts, Which are Page, for big entity and government organisation, Aggregator for people who are in-self control but tied to Xillika. And Portfolio a personal accont for your CV and important document files.

You need to create an account with us in order to access and use Aggregator, Portfolio or Page. Any account that you open with us is personal to you and you are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use your account. Your account name, user ID and other identifiers you adopt within Xillika remains our property and we can disable, reclaim and reuse these once your account is terminated or deactivated for whatever reason by either you or us.

This Site and the Services are available only to persons, who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• (i) are at least eighteen (18) years old;
• (ii) have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us;
• (iii) are not a person barred from purchasing or receiving the Services under the laws applicable to these Terms of Service or other applicable jurisdiction.

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud.

There might be times where account activation is delayed. This usually only happens during times of where many transactions take place in a short period of time.

If you have an account registered with Xillika, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account is correct and up-to-date. Xillika is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the account or a delay in action from the client to renew the account. If you need to verify or change this information, you can contact us.

Account Security

keep your Account secure and follow our security recommendations, including, but not limited to, using strong passwords that adhere to industry-standard security criteria, keeping different login credentials for different Accounts and service providers, changing your password regularly for each Account, enabling two-factor authentication for an added layer of security.

Maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your Account. In the event of loss or disclosure of any means of authentication, you must immediately take available steps to secure your Account and Services

Be solely responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of any third-party applications or tools you connect to your Xillika account, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations

Notify Xillika immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.

General Rules of Conducts

1. The Site and the Services are intended for your commercial or professional use. By utilizing them, you acknowledge and agree that your purpose is commercial or professional in nature.

2.You agree to use this Site and the Services in full compliance with the Agreement.

3.You are prohibited from using this Site or the Services in a manner that is illegal, promotes or encourages illegal content, activity, products or services (regardless of their form, promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children, promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, war, violence or hatred against people, property or animals, or self harm, promotes, encourages, or engages in fraud and deception, including fake accounts, identity or account theft, data theft, or pyramid schemes, contains false or deceptive language, misinformation, disinformation or unsubstantiated or comparative claims.
